Jay Cutler Injury: Brandon Marshall Calls Out Ndamukong Suh for Nasty Hit

Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall stood up for his banged-up quarterback, Jay Cutler, after the team's 13-7 Monday night win over the Detroit Lions.
Marshall called out Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh for his first-half hit on Cutler, using Twitter to fire the first shot of what's sure to be a talking point the next time these two teams meet in Detroit in Week 17:

Marshall then added to his criticism:

Here's the hit Marshall is upset about, in case you missed it.
Oddly enough, Cutler, who injured his ribs on the play, had no issue with Suh's aggressive takedown, according to MLive.com's Anwar S. Richardson. Cutler said:
I thought it was gone and then he got a hold of me. At that point, I knew it wasn't going to end well.
Cutler's response was the appropriate one. It's football, and the defender's job is to get to the quarterback and take him down by any means necessary. And in this case, Cutler still had the ball in his hands and was a threat to Detroit's defense.
Of course, there's nothing wrong with protecting a teammate, but it seems as if Marshall was reacting purely on emotion after a hard-fought divisional game in which his quarterback was sacked five times.
Suh later defended himself after the hit on Cutler (via MLive.com's Richardson), saying:
It was simply a football play. I can't control my momentum, especially at the high speed. I'm chasing him, he's running away from me. My whole goal is to just the quarterback down and make a play, get us off the field, and move onto the next play.
It seems Marshall is the only Bear who has a problem with how Suh played on Monday night.
